What I Do & Why

I specialize in Emotional Mastery & Somatics.

I mix intuitive/energy-led guidance with emotional & somatic resolution processes. I am a multi-faceted facilitator with over 500+ hours of training and nearly a decade of facilitation experience.

My mission in life is to spread the foundational knowledge of emotional mastery and somatics; something I believe we should all be taught from an early age. My goal is to make this knowledge accessible to you so you may deepen your capacity and increase your peace & joy.

I am offering you all of the tools in my medicine bag. And, above all else, I do this because I love and believe in you. I invite you to come back home to yourself and rest in the embrace of God.

My Journey to Remembrance:

My spiritual journey started a little over a decade ago with my first awakening experience when my sister passed away. This was preceded and followed by traumatic events and a very unstable upbringing.

At 15 my mental health was in the gutter. I was suicidal with daily panic attacks, persistent addiction to drugs and self harm, endless dark nights of the soul, etc.

Around 19 I began to look for answers on how to get out of my own personal hell. I went to ecstatic dances, community events, workshops, seminars and holistic health fairs. I listened to hundreds of

hours of Ram Dass lectures, Mooji satsang,s and any ‘spiritual’ video I could get my hands on. I dropped into some amazing communities and felt what it was like to be held by others.

Eventually, at 22 & 24, I found plant medicine. Or more like the plants found me. This time not in a party setting but in true ceremony. I was miraculously guided to sit with master healers whom I now consistently study under.

Around this time I also began my training with Possibility Management. A modality that focuses on Adulthood Initiations, Emotional Healing Processes and Deep Psychosomatic Resolution. This gave me the rooted, highly trained, foundation in which I facilitate on.

I have sat and wandered. I have cried myself into countless puddles of snot, and I have laughed myself into blissful heaven. I have felt aloneness and pure fellowship. I have been to hell and have tasted truth. My mind has seen extreme chaos and darkness & peaceful, silent stillness. I have studied, searched, pleaded, prayed, and prayed some more.

My journey of discovery, learning, and evolution will never be complete, but I am here, showing up, listening to the call, and following with undoubting feet. I don’t have all the answers, nor will I ever. But I do have experience. Experience in hell and heaven alike. Experience holding 1-on-1 containers all the way to hundreds of people at a time. I have gathered tools, equipped my medicine bag, and remembered Love.

I wish to share all of this with you all. It is time to begin. Thank you for receiving me as I receive you. All of us is welcome here.
