Hey, I'm Sydney

I am an initiator. I point out your blind spots and help you come home to yourself.

I spent years succumbing to the intensity of life as a human.
Numbing. Faking. Collapsing. Spinning in self hatred.
Until God gifted me these tools. Until the false illusions I was operating in shattered completely.
That pain became my portal.

Now I live to gift these tools right back to those who need it most. So someone like me can go from not wanting to be here anymore to living a life they truly love living.
Here, at The Integrated Woman, I blend Emotional Mastery, Psychosomatics, Integration, and Self Awareness tools to help you stop repeating, start integrating, and build a capacity for life on a whole new level.

Whether or not you are financially abundant, this work is for everyone.

While it is important that an exchange is made, be it $1 or $1,000, The amount is not my concern. God provides.

My only concern is providing you with the value you inherently deserve and are seeking for.
